(1) Each application for the award have to complete the details in the participation form
(2) Each application is specific for one product only. If a company would like to apply for more than one product; a separate form need to be completed
(3) Each entry is encouraged to be accompanied by at least one (1) sample and 15 copies of product brochure.
For perishable products, samples shall be submitted upon requested by the Secretariat. Samples submitted (except for food samples) shall be returned upon request
(4) An innovative product is a new or improved product and must already be in production and is available in the market
(5) Decision of the Industry Excellence Award Council is final
