Born on 10 September 1953, Dato’ Zulkifly Rafique is a well-experience lawyer by profession with a wide knowledge in corporate law. He is the founder and partner of Zul Rafique & Partners, a law firm based in Kuala Lumpur. Dato' Zulkifly is highly-skilled in strategic planning, business and commercial management.
He is the Deputy Division Head of UMNO Bukit Bintang, Wilayah Persekutuan.
