Born on 10 September 1953, Dato’ Zulkifly Rafique is a well-experience lawyer by profession with a wide knowledge in corporate law. He is the founder and partner of Zul Rafique & Partners, a law firm based in Kuala Lumpur. Dato' Zulkifly is highly-skilled in strategic planning, business and commercial management. 

He is the Deputy Division Head of UMNO Bukit Bintang, Wilayah Persekutuan.

Career Achievements:

1999 - present:	Founder/Partner Zul Rafique & Partners Kuala Lumpur
- Directly involve in the establishment, practice, business development, training programme and continuous development of eight departments in the firm - Develop and manage the firm's team of 16 partners, 56 lawyers and 80 staffs of the firm   - Responsible in the firm's business and development as well as the implementation of its marketing strategies

1984 - 1999:	Senior Partner Albar, Zulkifly & Yap Kuala Lumpur
- Responsible for the firm's Corporate Department, including its business development. Actively involve in the largest acquisition and merger at that time and provide consultancy to several public offers and corporate financial agreement   - Manage and establish the Corporate Department at one of the largest corporate law department in the country

1980 - 1984:	Partner Sri Ram, Zulkifly & Kumar
- An active partner in civil and crime litigation. His success include the release of second defendant, Nordin Johan in the trial case of Dato' Mokhtar Hashim.

1978 - 1980:	Magistrate Judicial and law service
- Served as a Magistrate at the Kuala Kubu Baru, Rawang, Tanjung Malim and Slim River district as well as at the courts in Jalan Duta.
