Registration of Participants is on a first-come-first-served basis. Registration forms must be completed and submitted to SIRIM Training Services Sdn Bhd (STS) at least seven (7) working days before the commencement date of the training programme. Completed registration forms can be submitted to STS via fax, email or mail.

Subject to STS having received the completed registration forms, STS shall notify the participants on confirmation of the training programme with the full administrative details concerning the course at least 5 working days before commencement date of the training programme.

Full payment shall be made before the commencement date of the training programme. All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.

For local participant(s), payment can be made by cross cheque, bank draft or postal order. For overseas participant(s), payment can be made by bank drafts or telegraphic transfers.

All cheques, bank drafts and postal orders shall be made payable to SIRIM Training Services Sdn. Bhd. and sent together with your completed registration form to: The Secretariat, SIRIM Training Services Sdn. Bhd.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

• For written cancellation notice received by STS at least five (5) working days before the commencement date of the training programme, STS will at its own discretion either refund in full the course fees already paid or arrange a transfer to another programme.
• For written cancellation notice received by STS less than 5 working days before the commencement date of the training programme, STS will refund only fifty percent (50%) of the course fees already paid.
• No refund will be given for cancellation notice received by STS on or after the commencement date of the training programme.
• A fee of RM100 will be imposed for confirmed registration if the participant fails to attend without having cancelled on time.
• If the participant is unable to attend the training programme, the participant may send a substitute participant at no extra charge. Please provide the name and position of the substitute participant at least two (2) working days prior to the commencement date of the training programme.

Programmes listed under STS Training Planner are subject to the following group discounts:

• 3 - 4 participants from the same organization, registered for the same training programme (date and course) - 5% discount per participant.
• 5 or more participants from the same organization, registered for the same training programme (date and course) - 10% discount per participant.
• Group discount is not valid during any promotional period.

Transfer of registration of the same training programme to another available date is allowed (subject to availability) if STS is informed in writing at least five (5) working days before the commencement date of the training programme.

The training course fees are inclusive of the followings: certificate, course notes, stationery, lunch and refreshments. The certificate is awarded only if the participant attends and participates in at least 80% of the training programme modules.

Training programmes can also be conducted at company premises as in-house training programmes.

Companies registered with the PSMB can apply to claim 100% of the course fees from the PSMB Schemes under the SBL (Skim Bantuan Latihan) and SBL Khas (for selected courses only). While every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the training programmes as schedulesd in STS Training Planner, STS reserves all right to cancel or postpone the training programme or to make any changes to the training programme including the speaker(s), date, venue, programme content or other matters without prior notice.

Upon signing the registration form, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated herein.

The training materials contain information that is protected by copyright and belong to STS and/or the copyright holder(s). STS and the copyright holder(s) reserve all rights including all rights in respect of the translation, reprinting and copying of the training materials or any part thereof. No part of the training materials may be reproduced, processed, copied or distributed in any form whatsoever using electronic systems or other means without the prior written consent of STS.
