Cosmetics and Natural Products Section acts as a one-stop centre for research and development in natural products. We focus on developing and acquiring new active ingredients from natural resources that contain potent therapeutic activities which can be materialised into cosmeceutical or nutraceutical applications.
The technical expertise and facilities available are fully equipped to meet customer and legal requirements including ASEAN Cosmetics Directive, National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HALAL requirements.
