Refund

If the cancellation is initiated by SIRIM Group the following shall apply i.e. either SIRIM Group shall within [ ] :

  1. Refund is subject to the case of system error on transaction only
  2. Refund request must be made within 24hours from the transaction
  3. Refund procedure as listed:
    1. Customer to request for a refund (refundprocurement@sirim.my)
    2. Customer must provide evidence of transaction failure
    3. Team will verify and inform findings within 3 working days
    4. If confirmed, the refund will be made to customer
 
 

e-Gas

Cancellation/Termination of Job

  1. If for any reason whatsoever the documentation provided by the Applicant is deemed by SIRIM Group to be insufficient or inadequate, the Applicant shall within thirty (30) day from the date of issuance of notification by SIRIM Group, resubmit the complete documentation for SIRIM Group further action.
  2. If the Applicant fails to comply with the requirement of (a) above, SIRIM Group shall have the absolute right to treat the incomplete application as cancelled and accordingly, the Applicant shall be deduct from any deposit paid by the Applicant, the sum of RM100 being administrative cost due to the above cancellation. The balance thereof, if any, will be refunded to the Applicant.
  3. Any cancellation or changes to scheduled booking date shall be informed to SIRIM Groupn in writing not later than seven (7) working days prior to the scheduled booking date. Failing which SIRIM Group reserves the right to charge up to twenty five (25%) of the total payment paid by the Applicant.
 
 

Online Registration

Refund

If the cancellation of a scheduled programme was initiated by SIRIM STS, SIRIM STS may at SIRIM STS absolute discretion either to:

  1. refund all payments made for the cancelled programme; or
  2. subject to SIRIM STS annual programme schedule, venue and availability, offer to the said registered participant, without any additional charge, a slot where the same programme is offered.

 

Deliverable

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver the training programmes as scheduled in this planner, SIRIM STS reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to any scheduled training programmes including without limitation, the scheduled speaker(s), dates, venue, programme contents or other matters without prior notice.

         

Standard Store

Return/Refund

1. The purchaser of standards are, subject to the following conditions, entitled for refund of all monies duly paid or return of the standards as follows:-

  1. mistakes caused by system errors or due to duplicate payment that occurs attributable to system failure and/or system interruption from SIRIM Group.
  2. Tear off/damaged standards document upon receiving due to packaging or courier failure (only applicable for the purchase of Hardcopy version). Customers need to return the damaged document to SIRIM Group within 3 days and the damages documemt, subject to availability of stocked, will be exchange with the new one.

2. Purchase of softcopy version of standards which was successfully downloaded by Customer is not eligible for any return or refund.

3. Shipping and handling charges are still applicable and are not refundable even if the customer decides to self-collect the document.

4. Refund timeframe is within 10 days of the date of purchase.

5. Refund procedures as listed :

  1. Client to request for a refund
  2. Sales Centre will verify and escalate the issue
  3. Problem identified as for no. 1 (a or b)
  4. Refund will be made to the client.

Shipping Policy

  1. After acceptance by the client of end user license agreement, the document price specified in the accepted offer shall be due and payable by the client
  2. SIRIM Group shall only provide the document purchased upon receipt of the full payment by credit card transaction, wire or cash.
  3. If payment (in full) has not yet been received, document will be hold for downloading (PDF document) and shipping (hardcopy document)
  4. Purchase of PDF documents will be able to downloaded immediately after approval and only one time allowed
  5. Shipping of hardcopy document(s) will take 1-5 working days depending on stock availability​
